About the event
A growing group of concerned taxpayers in St. Petersburg (and Pinellas County) are outraged at the cost of the proposed Rays/Hines deal now that the details are finally being revealed. As part of our campaign to persuade Ed Montanari and/or Gina Driscoll to vote NO on the current proposal and go back to the negotiating table, No Home Run is hosting a series of Community Conversations on the terms of the deal and what they mean to us, the taxpayer.
Please join us on Monday May 6th at 6PM and meet Alan DeLisle, former St. Petersburg City Administrator and development expert. In our first meeting, he will take us through the timeline of how we got here and start examining the details of the Development Agreement and how they will affect us.
We are planning a series of 6 hour long discussions over the next 6 Mondays (there is so much information!) and we look forward to your questions and comments in real time.
